A Bit About Me

My name is Megan and I am so glad you found my page! I am thrilled to share my passion for cooking with you.

I have grown up with a love for cooking, taught to me by my mom and grandmother. It gave us time to bond and be creative and has now grown to recipe swaps over the years. I believe meals can be something that brings cultures together, an opportunity for good laughs, a celebration with family...a feeling of togetherness. I want to be able to share this with you!
My background as a certified and licensed athletic trainer has allowed me to create an awareness of the energy we are fueling our bodies with. For those of you who have busy lives, working towards healthier goals, or just want to try something new...l have just the recipe for you!

Each meal I prepare is fresh, carefully crafted into individual portions, and filled with quality ingredients. Reusable containers are provided with hopes that you will return in order to be sanitized and reused time and time again with goals of limiting environmental waste.
